Re: AW Amphibian Book: Frogs & Toads - Photos & Descriptions
Frogs make sound by puffing up and then as the air releases , it makes the sound , and that sound can be a loud croak , a snoring sound , squeeking , clicking or even whistling sound .
Humans talk , birds whistle ---- its basically a mating call

Of course Bullfrog photos may be used. :)
It would be nice if I got some fresh ones on my upcoming trip. :)
Here are a few photos of what I think is a Cape River Frog All taken at Harold Porter Botanical gardens in Betty's Bay, Western Cape in October 2020.

Michele - great photos
I have never been to Harold Porter Botanical gardens. What else is there to see? Is it also good for birds?
