Ja, I also thought that this was an extremely special sighting.

So thanks all for enjoying it with me
Ex, the first sighting was on a rather cool and overcast day at around 11.30 am. We were travelling south
on the Nossob road at 50 km/h because there was virtually nothing to be seen. Since we were rather fast
we actually had to reverse. Luckily the badger mom was rather relaxed. At first I wasn't sure if she was
maybe even moaning her kid because they sat dead still. Only through my lens I could eventually make out
that the youngster had its eyes open. And we were the only car
Next morning we travelled the same route again - under pretty much the same weather conditions, but
managed to arrive a good hour earlier. We checked the den where they had appeared into the day earlier,
however everything was quiet. Only when we were about to get on our way again, we saw mum approaching,
proudly taking half the puff adder to her home.
They were just past the 10 kay sign for Twee. About a kay further north from there on the right hand side.
But since badgers are known to move around a lot, it's probably long gone from that particular hole
So, I will have to work on another bucket list item in October
