It is a juvenile lesser flamingo because of the all dark bill.

I have just seen this on other specialist birding platforms.
Has been identified as a Lesser Flamingo.

Yes we had the privilege to see a flamingo in Kruger National Park close in the Olifants River close to Olifants Camp. Was a late Christmas present for us for sure.
