Lions for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (October 2019)

Sis - no, I must not have been very clear there - we adopted a DOG that's half Chihuahua and half who-knows-what, but she looks so much like a Meerkat , esp. when she stands on her hind legs.

I see! Is she at least a bit bigger than a meerkat, if not you'll have to go looking for her all the time

What about a photo? I want to be sure that it's a dog

The lioness is not exactly in a very elegant pose

This particular group seemed to enjoy showing of their behinds generally -
always airing that area of the body

These lion faces are so funny

The KTP is a good place to get close to those majestic animals and watch them at close range

A great variety of sightings that afternoon!! The lions were lazy but being so close you got some great shots.

Quite a lion specimen that old male...not even sure he is that old!

And reliable quiet cats all round!

We were incredibly lucky with the cats this time around again.
Not always like that!

I love any Meerkat sighting , (especially now, as we just adopted a stray from the Puerto Rican hurricane rescue missions and we SWEAR she's half Chihuahua, half Meerkat.)

I'm sitting here, imaging that dog of yours. I'm sure it must be pretty successful begging foof off you and the hubby

13th October 2019 - Urikaruus

The next morning started off with the resident pearlie when I was on my way to retrieve our permit from Jacques.

Just changing the spot from where I took the photo made a difference in the colour the cute owlet appeared
