RP, look how far your TR has gone, sommer a few episodes in a short while, had to catch up quickly before I miss the cavebrown meet O**
Now how is it possible that you see a blackie sommer so... I have never seen one 0*\ Still on my wishlist.
And now you mention leopard as well 0- What do you guys do before entering a park? Some unpleasant rituals or something? Eating marmite on toast with lavender scented candles around your bathtub while marinating? :-?
Love the fishes-started taking kiekies of them as well-but not ID's them yet ;-)

Thanks, Heksie! I'll remember! (Haven't seen WD in kruger for a decade... )\O

So Destroyer and I finished our "sitting still" break, and moved up to the S-79....and eventually got to see the leopard couple...a difficult shot through the foliage! X#X

Image

Then down to a little pan I really like, on a dirt road South of LS....still cars at BC's 1st leopard sighting spot of the day on the bridge...or was it 6th...can't remember! -O

We sat chatting and drinking water for about half an hour, not expecting anything to happen, and already well satisfied by the day! Suddenly...as they do....

Image

It was a bit of a nightmare with the sun obliquely from behind, so I've had to autocorrect some shots quite a bit! :o0ps:

Image

But the sun was setting fast, as I checked through my binocs! =O:

This boy was seeing how much mud he could carry! Maybe a couple...but they both seemed to be bulls? 0-

Image

The "Silver Suppository" had gathered a bit of dust...but shows you how close we were! \O

Image

Then the light was just about right...but too little for nice focus! 0= 0*\

Image

"Chocolate ice cream cone vendor" was now very close indeed! O-/

Image

Image

And to crown it all an elephant came running past without doing anything...no idea what was going through his mind whatsoever! 0-

Image

Now we had to "Move it Move it" to meet the Cavebrowns...would they be acceptable....would they be boring...would they infect us...?

To be continued...
