A funny story:

As a student I used to stay at Orpen for many days at a time with a friend.

One day I went on the S-100, and there's a big tree on one of the last loops that gives great shade!

I was alone, and it was hot, and I thought I'd have a little nap, assuming that some passing car would wake me at regular intervals!

Didn't happen...so arose freshly with the sun descending many hours later!

Just made it back to camp....but what a snooze! -O

On the last easterly loop Toko =O: =O: =O: It's actually a turning circle and the only tree with shade is on the right ;-)

You have had some great sightings here BC. We have seen mainly lions and a African Wild Cat on a night drive

Photo of the large pride - all of them that I could fit in the frame

Shortly after seeing the lions we saw a leopard
