Very clever, Dewi! =O:

Day 3 Part 3:

So we started on brunch/lunch! At least I started, as lethargy seemed to be the order of the day! O**

Here is a sneak "paparazzi" pic taken of me by presumably Sprocky, soiling my own camera with his uncouth hands! 0*\

Image

Then suddenly all hell broke loose!

DW: "What are 'paperasie'?"

Actually only a little purgatory broke loose, but the thing is, a big Tusker came down to drink...pretty sure it's Babalala...found by myself a few years earlier, and named by aat! X#X O\/ O/\ ^Q^

Far view...pathetic with my little zoom and quivering hands...

Image

Zoomed view...the elephant is really big in stature, and has classic tusks!

Sprocky and leachy must SURELY have better pics of this animal! Kindly post here?

Anyway, a tsessebe too! \O

Sprocky: "What is the commotion about?"

leachy: "Don't know, probably an impala or something, knowing these peasants!"

Sprocky: "Ah! So, leachy, you say you are also from Naboomstroom?"

leachy: "No! iMbombellow, you know!"

Sprocky: "I see! I'm from a rich mining town myself! ;-) "

Day 3 - Lunchbreak Interlude

I finally got my camera back from Sprockwit! O\/

Image

GB hiding his cellphone just in case and casting a wary eye....

Temperatures were rising, in case I haven't mentioned that! O-/

Notice the Marmite! O\/

DW: "What are a paperasie?"

Now marmite can add zest to any meal!

Recipe:

Take one old Phalaborwa bun
Spread lite margarine
(Apparently two knives are required... :-? )
Leave to simmer in natural heat...preferably 38 degrees or so
Add a dry leaf
Throw the bun at the nearest Dimwit
Laugh and run away and have a beverage

Image

DW: "Why you frow vat paperasie at me!? "

Then mild purgatory broke loose again!

A bird with the longest black beak ever stuck its head out of a hole in the tree growing past the roof of the lapa there!

Image

For some reason nobody was concerned... :-?

Anyway..a pic of the gathering....

Image

leachy: " :-) :-) :-) sooo, this marmite is scrumptious! :-) :-) :-) "

Sprocky: "Wonder if they have Marmite in Phalaborwa? It's so good, I'm just going to stuff it into my mouth using my hand!"

Frewells: "I must tan my legs a bit...maybe rub some Marmite on! "

GB: "What on earth is Sprocky doing? "

Mambas: "Wow! My right arm can stretch all the way to Dwarf's head! ^Q^ "

DW: "Eina! That bun hurted my head, you know! :-( But tasty!"

After drunch:

DW: "Right! Let's see what are at vis waterhole!"
