Exactly BJ! If they are delivering goods to the park then they wouldn't pay the conservation fee. But obviously, they are letting these trucks use Kruger as a thoroughfare. 0*\ 0*\

This is absolutely 0- 0- Putting "Cargo Carriers" on the list means that they are generally allowed to pass through Kruger. If it was an Una Tantum and with special permit it would not be on the list -O- :-?

Ja...tourist fees apply to the tourists on buses, so it's not buses. Trucks delivering to Kruger pay nothing.

Could it not be that this is for all parks and there are some parks that have thoroughfare traffic, not necessarily Kruger? -O- -O-

Found out that media got the official reply last week that the poles in question were for telephone lines within the Park! A third twist... :-?
