Re: Needs Attention: Kruger Park
Right!
Problems with Roodewal camp, reported in my private capacity today, via official channels.
Most importantly, Railing at Lookout Deck is very rickety!
Sign warning visitors is almost illegible, especially at night!
Second pic with flash!
And the old nails and what not...the railings can easily be swayed by hand:
Then the gas stove at the main kitchen is broken!
And then this braaier at the unit furthest from the lapa is stuffed...I burnt myself a bit trying to sort it out!
Then the lowermost slat of the nearest bedroom at the same unit does not have opaque glass, which makes privacy impossible!
And the interleading door between the two bedrooms cannot close...neccessitating a blanket on the floor to try and keep it shut!
And the unit has no kettle!
The camp costs a minimum of over R5000 per night!

A big problem with the "official complaints channel" is that you cannot send pics and videos...or maybe you can, but it is a tiny screen you type on, so most won't!

Can you still use the "un-official" channels? If yes, do it!

No reply from official channels, not even acknowledgement of receipt, so forwarded to Camp last night...

If you do get a reply of some sorts from the official channel it will be sooner than expected!

A lack of acknowledgement of receipt is a clear sign of couldn't-care-less attitude and certainly of bad manners Nobody asks them to answer right away, but at least tell me that you had read/received my complaints
