Satara Rest Camp
Re: Satara Rest Camp
Just found that Mugg and Bean, Debonairs and Wimpy are all part of the Famous Brands franchise anyway.

Re: Satara Rest Camp
We didn't eat at any of the new restaurants but at Satara everything looked like it was running smoothly. There is a Debonairs and Mugg and Bean On-the-Move, and then a separate Mugg and Bean Restaurant. The Mugg and Bean On-the-Move offers the normal drinks and coffee and then a selection of pastries which looked up to their normal high standard.

Re: Satara Rest Camp
Tried the Mugg and Bean at Satara last week on the 29th for coffee.
They had no milk so coffee was off the menu – not too sharp for a Mugg and Bean

Re: Satara Rest Camp
My boet sent this to me and a few others. It didn’t last long on the SPF and got deleted without response.
He had chaos at Satara on Monday night due to a group who booked 4 family units and ran riot.
He phoned the duty manager and 2 SANParks staff arrived, but they were told to push off, which is what they did
and the party continued
In the pics below you can see that a bird bath was broken and used a fire pit in the middle of the family circle
What are our camps in Kruger turning into

Re: Satara Rest Camp
This camp for me were built without any imagination. All the bungalows face each other in a circle and when you stand at your braai you look straight into the next bungalow
and you can see everyone else at the other bungalows

Next trip to the bush??
