This antelope consist of two species , namely :
Greater Kudu - Tragelaphus strepsiceros -which occur in Southern Africa .
Lesser Kudu - Tragelaphus imberbis .
Kudus are quite common ,and we see them quite often when visiting Kruger as well as other Sanparks , but surprisingly , I do not have very many photographs of them . They are shy , quite often skittish , and often , before I can get my camera " set-up " , they have dissappeared into the bush .
