During our last trip from november 26th 2011 till december 14th 2011.

A little further another tusker showed up… MASASANA. Not really posing that well but ok…first time I met this guy so next time maybe better.

Characteristics
Big notch in left ear, right ear is clean. Tusks are almost equal in length, left a bit more curved then right.

Characteristics
Tusker cow. No sighting of her right side so far.
Left tusk curved and long.
Left ear is W-shaped, notch near the centre

Range
Shitangeni area nenorth of Babalala.

Characteristics
Right ear: almost clean. Left ear: unknown.
Classically shaped tusks, almost equal in length.

North of Shingwedzi.

Named by SANParks for the Emerging Tuskers competition.

Characteristics
Curved tusks. Thickend skin on his trunk. Right ear: a small hole and a V-shaped notch, small piece of loose skin. Left ear: Two U-shaped notches and a small hole.

Characteristics
Clean right ear, left ear several very small notches and v-shaped notch at the lower part of the earlobe. Classic shaped tusks, almost equal in length.

With this kind of "shot" you are asking me who it is..... pffffffff a shame.... 0*\ 0*\ but yessss... I know his name so I can confirm I recognized him , that was your question isn't it ? =O: =O: =O:

His name is Mavatsani, have a good look at the lower part of his left earlobe... you see the big notch ?
A guy named Richprins photographed this tusker but does not recognize him.... hmmmmmmmmm O** O** O**

You have seen one of the bigger tuskers at the moment , great sighting \O
