Hi Mel! 0/*

Fantastic photos of the wedge-tailed eagle ^Q^ ^Q^ ^Q^
They are a very impressive raptor, with a wingspan of up to 2.5m O:V

I had to ask our resident frog expert in the lab about the identity of your shower companions and this was his reply:

"These are Litoria rothii (Northern Laughing Tree-Frogs) and Alice Springs is way outside their supposed distribution. That's actually a really interesting observation – they're probably hitch-hikers…I've had them pop up out of side-mirrors and from under bonnets while driving around up the top end before."

Loving your report and look forward to the next installment 0()

I'd call it a draw. =O:
That's what I thought too, but they were adamant! =O: \O

Like the frogs...from dark to light! =O:

Lis, showering with the frogs is not bad when you know they are around. But one making an unexpected entrance is a bit, uhm, scary. =O:

Don't think I get this, nan. :o0ps:

melou, thanks for making the effort to find out about the frogs. So, it was a hitchhiker or two (must be two - after all they have seem to started
their own family down there...). At least for once I got a super special sighting because they are not meant to be in ASP. :-0

It is! And the Kata Tjuta are also known as the Olgas. ;-)

Pumbaa, it was hectic enough anyways with only three weeks. 0:
