Charly made an appearance. The baby is still sleeping.
We leave for our tour, still hoping to find Cheetahs and the little owl.
North bound, Mata Mata and back.

We find Springboks in quantity, Ostriches, a Verreau'x Eagle Owl and Spotted Eagle-Owl, Vultures, my nephew surely have still not understood why I stopped for all Vultures ... in the intend to find a Cape Vulture lol

I shout stop
Just a little back ... there is a bird, on the right side ... I don't know which one :-?
It's surely a photo opportunity.
The driver replied : I already have probably one ...
Good, but I want one
We go back a bit ... BINGO O/\ O/\ O/\
Striped Kingfisher. We can't say that we often see one in the park and my nephew is glad I forced him to back down O:V

At the time of preparing the meal (Ivan is a little bit stickler for meals schedule), Jacques comes just asked me to do him a favour, to accompany to the "solar" station.
I do it with pleasure and gently returns, put the car in reverse between the posts ... big car, small place ... a bang startle me ... oops everything will collapse 0*\
No this is my nephew who hit on the car... for coming as quickly as possible ... O-/

......... a Leopard is at the point of water, :X: two Leopards... mum with her young  O/\ O\/ O/\
Jacques comes just after.
It's Barolong and Itumeleng. The first Leopard of my stay in the Kgalagadi and especially the first Leopard for my nephew.
We are all thrilled, Jacques kisses me of joy :o0ps:
Of course, there are no embers, must start all over, but for a Leopard ... what am I saying... two Leopards, what shall we do :-?
