This is not an indigenous tree , but originated from Brazil . Commonly known as Brazilian pepper tree- Schinus terebinthifolius . Those seeds taste pepper-like , and can be used in the place of black pepper .

Not sure of this one , picture not very clear , but looks somewhat like a pink Cape Honeysuckle - Tecomaria capensis .

I think the shrub with the red berries is Searsia laevigata Dune Currant

Uh-Uh It is Brazilian pepper . Trust me .
I even have some of them growing here on the farm .
They are very invasive .

It has not many leaflets, only 3, and the Pepper should have 5 to 13.

Coastal habitat is also fine. Distribution matches, too.
