Woah! Not sure where to start really... this is really special! Firstly the little ones - too cute for words!
But are you sure they are already five months old? The look so tiny! And, btw, I'll have one too, please. lol

Then the duiker and the young bushbuck, the latter being very sweet as well. :-0

And to top it all of Mel Gibson O** My, they have grown some serious manes and have become real kings by now.
No comparison to the blonde young lad and the punk from three years ago. I so hope, I'll get lucky to meet them
again next year (not daring to wish for more like Josie and her cubs lol who will be rather big by March 2016)

God put me on earth to accomplish a certain amount of things. Right now I'm so far behind that I'll never die.

I was a bit confused myself when I saw the photos... I was wondering if she had lost the initial litter and these were another one. I went back and checked - I was sent a photo of the cubs back in mid March so there's simply not time for a second gestation period so these must be the original ones, just turned 5 months old \O

The rest of the day involved smaller creatures lol

I think these 2 are veld rats

We found a couple of southern black korhaan which I haven't seen for ages :-)

An angulate tortoise was also defying the hibernation notice lol

Our caracal hit rate is continuing to increase O**
This one was calling - something I haven't heard before O:V

Image

Our last sighting before heading home was this lovely steenbok ewe. There are only a handful in the park - Mbotyi Loop is a good place to spot them X#X

Another caracal! 0*\

Grumpy bush chick lol

If rats and mice did not have the tail without fur, they would be real cute

Nice father & son weekend ^Q^ ^Q^
