Only Easter next year and we'll divide 6 nights between the both camps. O/\

Naughty Nomad has been chasing after the girls next door... O** O**

I heard that he was darted yesterday and taken back to the southern access road. Unfortunately he didn't respond properly to the reversal drug (it normally only takes a few mins to wake them up), so he was still sleeping after 20 minutes. The vet was naturally concerned and they checked on his breathing a number of times. I presume he eventually woke up but will try confirm it all \O

Yes it is a bit of a pain for them. The Addo males are often up on the Schotia fence line when their girls are on heat, but this is the first time that I've heard of them breaking through. I'm wondering if it's a new section of fence that he went through - there's a section of Addo called Arizona where the fence used to run along the south edge of the public road which cuts across the park, so (larger) game certainly couldn't get to the northern side of the road. That fence has recently been removed and the Arizona area borders a section of Schotia so I'm guessing it was there somewhere. :-?
