Some excellent news from the park - one of Josie's sub-adult cubs was seen catching a young warthog the other day
Good to see those hunting instincts kicking in properly
I'll be heading in to Addo tomorrow for a night away.... very much looking forward to it

So last Friday was a very quiet day in the park. We went in at the main camp entrance so that we could pitch our tent before an afternoon drive, but there really wasn't much to see unfortunately. We stumbled across a sleepy jackal near Marion Baree and a black shouldered kite near Domkrag
Even the floodlit waterhole wasn't attracting any visitors so we hoped for a better day on Saturday when the weather was due to be warmer
