The flat lion was still very flat near Domkrag, but we were fortunate to see these little guys nearby
Heading south there were plenty of flightless dung beetles around and we came across our first buffalo of the day
News came through that the cubs had been spotted on Ngulube loop and we were heading in that direction so the anticipation built. However as we got to the crossroads a group of elephant walked out onto the road and couldn't decide what to do next. So we had to wait behind them for about 10mins wondering whether the lions would still be around when they finally cleared... to pass the time I took a few shots of their hairy tails
"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." Nelson Mandela The desire for equality must never exceed the demands of knowledge
I think, I might be a tad jealous now... not for the ellies or the flat out Lion... saw plenty of that
But the meerkats - they eluded us, although I looked up and down around Harpoor and at Carol's Rest every time we parked there
God put me on earth to accomplish a certain amount of things. Right now I'm so far behind that I'll never die.
