Interesting to read Botswana side. Will be checking on this trip frequently.

Being lost near VZR can be quite an issue. Read of a couple stranded for a week on their way to McCarthy's Rest on a farm. Glad you had some help to get you started. \O

Cast of Characters: Slick, Mr Sengeni, Hoppy, Tripod, Oil, Fred, Retard, Toes, Forest, Two Socks, Ag Shame, Chicken, Dinner Plate, Soup Plate, Bread Plate, TweedleDum and TweedleDee, Jax - driver, mechanic and anything else that needed doing, MD - chief bottle washer, navigator and whatever else was required

Extras: Feather Dusters, Geronkies, Ghosts, Jackalasses, Henny Pennies, Muslims, Bastards, Olivers, Eds, - plus a few more

Language : In some cases not suitable for younger viewers or totally unknown even to the speakers and sometimes the bleating of sheep.

Great itinerary too! You really know how to do the Kgalagadi in style. O:V The Bots side will be forever closed for us, until we finally decide to try camping. :twisted:

Lisbeth - I will try and keep the party clean - but I cannot promise :O^

Toko - fortunately there were only two homo sapiens - the rest we encountered on our travels and were more than welcome. ;-)
