Nan was joking because the bird is in moult and pretended it was a new species. lol

I made a pun out of the Magpie's Latin name Mel - Pica pica. \O

Saw these two little Crowned Plover chicks at the Brat's school yesterday. :-0 Sorry about the quality but my phone doesn't take great pics! :O^

Found this poor crittur flopping about on the erf,..

Seemed very incapacitated, so I placed it on a branch
out of reach from other members!!!!,..with little hope!!

Phoned the local vet, organized a cardboard box and shipped the
animal too better refuge,.. -O-

All along it somehow seemed to perk,..

A barn Owl or just a Grass Owl, the dark ring
around the dead pan flat face?????
