so called Traffic Impact Assessments undertaken
that would or maybe not justify other ventures!!

Most unfortunately traffic studies get done under situations
that would suit the custodian, in a given place and at a given
time. The bigger picture gets ignored!!!

Gate quota's are in people and not vehicles. The facilities, bathrooms, restaurants would work on people and the daily conservation fee is worked on people.
