We are following this tusker since 2008 , it's interesting to see how his tusks are growing and growing....

Another interesting observation. / question .. Is SHILOWA (one of the tuskers of yesterday) the father of NKOMBO ? (Shilowa photographed in 1992 and Nkombo's photo dated 2016. This shape of tusks is rare in kruger, almost looks like a "bush-elephant" Shilowa is the only named tusker of the past with same shaped tusks. Shilowa's left tusk and Nkombo's right tusk and Shilowa's left tusk and Nkombo's right tusk.... we will never know but.... good chance here is father and son

nan... Nkombo is alive but Shilowa died long time ago and I assume there is no DNA available.

Back home 3 weeks Kruger NP , from very very dry to first rains and bit by bit turning green.

Found Tuskers ? YESSSSSS at least 5 ....

Other special sightings ? Yessssssssssssssss so some stories to write
