"Kruger National Park is managed according to an approved management plan that makes provision for both biodiversity management and sustainable resource use.

"Part of the process of drafting this plan was an intensive public consultation process," Nyawo says. "It is practically not possible to consult the public on each and every management action implemented."

This was Nyawo's statement in September this year... :-?

Well, Nyawo has thrown away AW's official application for information to be allowed to participate in the discussion...so much for public participation?

Hah,. in a westernized society the common thing to do for any .gov would be
some kind of reply, be the outcome wrong or right!!! In this country the common
attitude would be,.."Take me to court", I'm innocent till you can prove me wrong,
simple as that!!!

Even then , with the full backing of a would be public protector we all realize
this will take ages, for we are still struggling with some answers from .gov regarding
the infamous arms deal!!

Time for us to carry some Ivy nettle!!

All interested and concerned parties are invited to email me at wcscheepers@axxess.co.za. No politics, no outbursts. The mission: Simply applying principles of law and logic.

Thanks Penny,..
A intermediate body was placed there to look after
your heritage, mine as well. Recent developments,
regarding exploitation of National Parks has sparked
much public outcry!!!

Most unfortunately at the wrong source, that to say,
Sanparks be,"Custos Naturae"!!

In effect we are attacking a body set aside by .gov
that would be taking our plight to greater heart.!

In effect we are busily kicking at a dying horse!!, if
at all it were Custos Naturae, just perhaps and once
again let's just be aware of a new differing ball game
here. >Gov being team A,..Sanparks will referee the
game!!

Wanna Play Penny??? Team B maybe? Just remember dear,
this game more than often gets played in the mud where
pigshit hits the fan on a regular basis, over the back of innocent
animals.

So much so to say for mans astuteness,. playing in the animal
kingdom.

Twixt Sanparks and .gov oh dear Penny, lotsa room for thought!
