Whooo! Brilliant Brilliant! ^Q^ O/\

Is the "doodlebug" an ant-lion?

I think 13 is right, as the mouse isn't so cammo-ed, and the agama neither, so I win super extra lotto bonus points! O\/

lol

Yes, RP, it is the larvae of an antlion, and you do deserve extra points, but I fear mutiny if I change the rules midgame (0!)

..0.. Maybe a compromise - you don't get extra points, but I will award you extra bedbugs at the end \O

Okay, oxymorons here we come....

Thanks Flutts O0

Oxymoron is the chemical compound produced when a moron is oxidized.
It's primary use is as fertilizer for those who have S__t for brains.

Given the sheer number of morons around, it appears to be one of the rarest elements in the Universe.

Perhaps we should honor the extant stupid amongst us by handing out "Oxymoron Awards", similar to "Darwin Awards".

Named in honor of Charles Darwin, the father of evolution, the Darwin Awards commemorate those who improve our gene pool by removing themselves from it.

Whereas in Darwin Awards one has to cause his/her own demise by doing something stupid, for the Oxymoron Award one has to merely demonstrate he/she doesn't even need alcohol to make really bad decisions. Death is not a prerequisite, but would be a benefit to Mankind.

My Oxymoron Award for the Kalahari goes to this spider who sat above my bed every night at Twee Rivieren:

Oxymoron is also a figure of speech in which contradictory ideas or terms are combined. Oxymoron itself is an oxymoron 0- (takes one to know one), combining "oxys" meaning SHARP with "moron" meaning DULL.

Here are some pics of Kgalagadi oxymorons…(granted, some of them are rather moronic on my part…)
