I don't have any good pics, but these show there were youngsters around, unlike springboks, gemsboks, etc. where all we saw were adults.

Stilt Family ??

For you smart birder types - just because I have an adult and juvenile Stilts in the same photo, does that necessarily mean the adult is their parent??
I mean, is it possible juvs. old enough to be on their own end up in the same water point as an unrelated adult?

especially the Daltons Squirrels, Bateleur "in becoming" (en devenir)
and Stilts it seems not possible they nest in a semi aride place... must be some learning to come and come again in the Kgalagadi
