Kruger Advice
Re: Kruger Advice
I have a more manageable solution to my trip now thanks to all of you kind Kruger aficionados. I am now setting up camp once only and I still get to see all my favourite places. Tamboti (1), Balule Hut (1), Tsendze (3), Letaba Hut (1 or 2). It's all worked out in the end! Who knows, I might still tinker with it :)

Now you'll have to write a Travel Tale as "pay back" when you return home

I'd love 18 days :) Until I have that, i'll have to be satisfied with moving around a bit every now and then.Peter Betts wrote: ↑Tue Aug 07, 2018 12:51 pm Why dont you just book 18 nights at Tsendze camping like I have done for next month ..So stressful packing up and moving all over the place every other day ..just my thoughts ??

River Walk
My wife is a massive fan of taking a bit of a walk in the bush and has done various morning walks in camps around the park. I was wondering if anyone had an experience / opinion on doing a 'river walk'.
I'm probably going to book one, even though I have some concerns about starting at 09h30 as it's already unbearably hot by that time in summer.
I know that these arranged activities are often a lottery in Kruger as the guides sometimes leave a lot to be desired, however i've heard great things about the guides at Letaba and Olifants. Anyone have a preference on a river walk at Letaba, Olifants, or Tsendze?
