LOL yes I will never ever experience a glass of wine remotely like this in my life again lol lol lol . One morning driving north of Mopani I decided to go down the short dirt road to the Shidlayengwenja Spruit ..Saw a Duiker bound off on the way in and 20 mins later on the way out I saw an Eland cow 80 metres in on the left ...Soon I counted 7 ..Took this pic of the cow that I saw first as she was fairly well out in the open. As usual they were very shy and skittish and it took a lot of reading the signs first to ensure they didnt run off

Because of the drought and time of year ..Good Birding was scarce in the N part of the Park but I enjoyed getting up close to this rather scarce White Headed Vulture at the Lion Kill at Sable Dam

The 3rd day in a row that I had the pride to myself for over an hour at daybreak at Groetvlei dam they were all on the dam floor below my sole car parking place above them. I was treated to some world class boxing bouts in various weight divisions and here the lighter lioness displayed superb footwork as she showed Muhamed Ali how to box dance while keeping a proper side on stance and kept her guard up while a low right hand (Paw) was waiting to deliver a devastating uppercut. Las Vegas couldnt have organised a better boxing tournament
