your leopard luck is getting scary....at least you saw something else as well - Great sable sighting and that blonde male lion on the road is impressive but that leopard luck.....unbelievable

Thanks Pumbaa Yes, lucky this trip with leopard, no massive days with 6 or 7 leopard in the day like some other trips, but in the last 26 trips of around 8/9 days we have only got more twice, so it was a cool trip for me

The pics are a team event leachy I have a 550D and an old Sigma 150-500mm and the clan all have point and shoot cameras. We synchronize date and time on all as we enter the park, I dump all in folders per date and I have freeware that sorts them into the time the pic was taken so all flow in sequence irrespective of which camera took the pic, then I sort and delete until the best remain. I only keep around 2 or 3 pics of each animal, unless it's a leopard so only the best of what we as a team can produce survives

Ja, those sable are locals there now, so local it's not even a rare sighting at the moment, we drove off once also because it was too much of a mission to take a pic through the grass My opinion, it's the southern S36 locals and their normal area is a little dry in the water and chow department and in a few months we will be battling to find them again

It hasn't been Moffat for many years, it's 2 x BD2's joined in that area now, well it looked like BD2's and the updated map indicates the same. I didn't report to management, if they were Afrikaans I would have, because I wouldn't be going out in my "sleeping shorts" with a torch, I would need something a lot stronger than a torch if I was going to make it back alive

Sightings wise you have extraordinary luck indeed

But you can keep the south for yourself thank you. I will take my alien ship and move further north
