How the forum is funded

I had already asked if I could help .... the answer was no ... but I can and still want to help... there is no reason, in my opinion , that only few people are implied in the costs of the forum.
I hope not to hurt anyone... I'm not solid enough to fight and sorry for the bad English… as usual of course
