Poor rhino
It's not that the wildebeests are not photogenic, they are simply ugly
That water looks as if someone has done the yearly washing up there, yuch!

Great sighting of the ostriches in that area, Richprins,
the water across the Nwaswitshaka causeway looked already that way when we have been there
This is not an imaginary road we have been driving part of this

Hmz... well done on finding those ostriches… I guess… But for being run down by them in the KTP,
my enthusiasm has its limits
Me hope too that the rhino got away

Re: Richprins' Short Business Trips to The Park
We were extremely content, and went off to find Pumbaa's road!
One never sees anything along the endless straight stretch of the S65 down to the main tar road, it is only a connecting road after all and it was almost midday, so it took us a loooong time to register what this was!
It really was a WTF moment, as we had seen more than enough for the day, and we have a proud Dimwit tradition of NOT spotting rare animals by ourselves...
It was a truly magnificent leopard, and going about its territorial business for maybe 15 minutes, totally ignoring us?
