Re: A late Kgalagadi TR
we left and carried on with or drive, saw some more lion at marie and also a brownie at jan se draai

At marie we spotted this lady, the longer we stayed the more lion we spotted, I think 8 in all, they where too far for a decent shot

At Jan se draai we saw a brownie

Afternoon drive we went to marie and found the lions had come across and where lying on the west of Marie

driving back to camp we found the lioness just before the camp but without the cubs

Well the kgalagadi has a way to making up for a bad sighting, that Evening at about 23h00 SG said she heard small cats. We got up and to our delight the whole lot came walking past us on the way to the water hole not even 6m away, no photo's as the camera was in the car

Extremely good looking lions
Must have been great to see the little ones pass by so close

It's not the same anymoreRogerFraser wrote: ↑Fri Jul 12, 2019 6:59 pmLovely Lions and stunning sighting with the cubs Cubs and Others .Cant comment on the traffic as I haven't experiance Kgalagadi traffic but can assure you if that was Southern Kruger they would be three abreast and 20 OSVs deep
