We had some beautiful sightings on our different routes, and what made it more special is that everything was 'new' for Efjay.
We could not stop over at Red Rocks, but I managed a quick picture of what was beautiful to me.
Kanniedood dam needs some rain..
I loved having breakfast at Babala (and Pafuri

)
The Zebras entertained us to no end. The leader approached us and started talking to us,
we were in stiches of laughter. I imagine he was telling us to wait. He looked back and the others did the crossing.
There were pictures taken as we were enjoying this surprising interlude.
He moved off still yapping away... think he was saying thank you.
Sweet nuthins...
The trees had dry pods in them, some were small and some bigger.
At times you would approach slowly because it really looked like a bird of a sort.
But there was this one tree, and I noticed that these pods had some tail-like thingies attached...
This hyena was in such a hurry when it crossed the road in front of us..
but he took a minute to look back... the quality of the pic is al'a windscreen..
Whoop, whoop... and then I saw a jackal.. much excitement..
I was watching the jackal go on his way on a slow pace, when Efjay starting a nervous chuckle next to me.
I looked up and there to the left this giant was approaching. I sensed Efjay had frozen and was staring...
We passed many more big Ellies and I can truely say they are much calmer up North.
Thanks Efjay... it was fun having you on this trip
We extended our stay with one day and left the park for an overnight in Pala at Forever Resorts.
This was one fantastic trip which I would do any time again.
Thanks to MD and family
Roll on Desember....
