OK so I have a question for some advise .
My son wants to propose to his fiance in Kruger in December .He wants to take a bottle of champagne in and surprise her .We will be staying in Marloth so the question is ,is this possible to arrange entry with the ban ?We hardly going in to booze it up with a bottle of champagne . Who would we need to arrange this with ?
Alcohol permit for day visitors .

Not the official way to do it and maybe not romantic enough,
but when push comes to shove you could refill the champagne
into a glass bottle with a screw-cap and claim it was Appletizer

You cannot decanter champagne, it will ruin it completely

Does the fiance know that you are posting this, Dad?
Ja, there have been lots of similar requests to SANParks since prohibition, but no real answer...the boy must maar make a plan!
If permits are issued it will be chaos!

I'm not advocating smuggling alcohol into Kruger, but I've heard of many people finding clever hiding places in their vehicles.
