lets say I went fishing . The 1st mod tried to swing it by taking the focus away from the eviction which was high lighted in lovely red. I stayed away knowing the next move would be locked topic. Son Godin then challenged a post with costs and amounts and made a joke to a reply saying they can evict you if you not at home
Sanparks then demanded a retractment from me and Son Godin on the eviction comments and proof.
he was politely asked if he wanted all corrospondence between us and sanparks to be placed on the forum for all to see and also to make sure of his facts before asking me to retract the statement

The standard deal regarding the small camps that were built, including Mbyamiti, was 30 days free accommodation, with an additional 30 days "preferential" booking per year. (Not sure what that means...)
This was for a 30 year period, which means about 10 years left of that until everything lapses.
What normally happened is that the entire camp was booked out to the donors for the free days, resulting in the "timeshare" situation. This was also long before online booking etc., and different booking regulations for the public have come and gone since then too.
The contracts are ironclad, as SanParks discovered, and when and by whom the accommodation is used is entirely at the behest of the donors for those times, end of story.
The spokesperson for the donor group simply sends in bookings.
The contracts for individual units such as sponsored guesthouses in bigger camps may differ slightly.
