Any animals on the Mahonie loop?

i encountered an old german fellow who allowed me to pass and he informed me that
"there are very many buffalo 20m ahead"



but, to answer your question, i only encountered 1 elephant on the witsand road and we both
got such a fright as we were suddenly in each others space.

on the s 60 i stopped to look at a herd if impala
and i noticed something protruding from the side of this one
ewe's head
it was rather strange

on closer inspection as she turned around

so, besides having one very interesting
style horn..

what is the gender of this impala

What a nuisance that weird shaped horn must be...

Also interesting that there is no second horn showing

these larks were very vocal
everywhere and everyday
actually became quite monotonous

the white-winged widow birds
also seemed to be everywhere

in an otherwise gloomy sky

everywhere....
