Re: Sardine Run 2020
I read a post on FB yesterday where someone was appealing for fishermen to be allowed back onto the beaches.

I have posted the rules in the lockdown topic
On the fishing front, DEFF said recreational angling was now allowed

That's correct Lis, all fishing is allowed now besides fishing off charter boats.

Re: Sardine Run 2020
Here are a few photos that I took today. They are not very good quality but gives an idea of what is happening here.
There are dark patches on the water in the first two photos which are pockets of sardines. You can see the ripples on the water made by the sardines if you look closely.
The last two photos are of dolphins, they can be seen feeding on sardines in one of the photos.

Re: Sardine Run 2020
Here are photos of a sardine boat, birds floating on the water as they have eaten too much to fly and of birds flying south. I suspect that tomorrow and Wednesday could be very good days due to the hundreds of birds flying south if the weather stays as it is.
