Okay, the pro-birders said it's a black kite... Also because of the grey head. Yet, I've never seen a grey head on a black kite - only on the yellow-billed.
Plus, the black kite seems to sport a longer tail than this one. I'm a bit confused here.

Juvenile Yellow-billed Kites have black tipped bills, but as this bird has pale yellow eyes, it can be aged as an adult. Yellow-billed kites have all yellow bills at this age, therefore this is a Black Kite.
The pale grey head is also typical for Black Kite.

I forgot to say that a juvenile kite would also show pale fringeing to the feather edges which would be obvious in the pic if it was a youngster.
