Thanks all! \O

Glad you all liked the little things! \O

We had a huge downpour on Friday here on Grietjie. Rainfall varied in areas from 80-100mm. Very needed rain, as we had our wettest October and driest November in over 20 years. The down side is that all power was knocked out at just after 19h00 and only restored after 09h00 on Saturday morning. At my place if there is no power there is no water, as the pressure pump has to work to pump water up to the house. Due to this, and the bad weather on Saturday morning early, I decided to give the market a miss.

At least I had time to take more photos. :-)

I went onto the stoep to see what might be moving around. A family of Warthog were feeding next to the house and one of them must have picked a fight with a Porcupine at some stage, evidence clearly visible...
