Midweek post, strange...

Firstly, thanks for commenting and complimenting. \O

Grietjie is pumping with Lions at the moment. Yesterday between 17h00 and 19h00 there were four different sightings over the reserve. I spent almost an hour at the one sighting of five Lions. Will try and post pics this evening.

Right, time for yesterday evenings Lion sighting.

I received a message from Nenna saying that there are five Lions between the house and the dam, now this is where I used to live when I first moved to Grietjie. I immediately made my way across there and was right next to the Lions in no time. A great place to be with them, as it's right in the middle of the property and nobody without traversing rights can get there, so I spent close to an hour with them with no other people at all. :-)

The light was fading fast, as I got there shortly after 18h00. The first pics were taken at 1600 ISO.

Here are four of the five when I arrived...

It was good while it lasted. \O Hopefully I'll have more to post, if Eloise doesn't get too serious this weekend... X#X
