And it was time to say goodbye to our beloved waterhole...

I wonder how many stories this old leadwood could tell?

An elderly couple behind us couldn't stop in time and smacked into us hard!

What can one do? One can see that the Samoosa suffered little damage, as the impact was taken by the towbar! \O

Nobody was hurt.

I must say, a great vote of thanks to SANParks, who took care of everyone and everything throughout...this game drive vehicle stopped almost immediately, and security came out to take over after that. A thankless job on a public holiday, remember! :ty: :ty: :ty:

We exchanged information and went to the police station in Komatipoort to report, met by an extremely surly and unhelpful lady sergeant, in contrast.

Anyway, off home, after an otherwise wonderful day!

END OF SEGMENT
