Yes, all from Florida, RP. I probably should note that with each entry.

Yes, Sis, you do need to get very close, but if you're patient and don't make sudden moves, it's not as hard as some of the other insect types. Also, they're quite large, relatively speaking, so you don't have to get as close as you do with say, flies, ants, etc.

Continuing with the Florida dragonflies, a few close-ups, and then a few Damselflies.

ExFmem are you using a extender tube???? for the really closeup shoots

PRWIN - I do use extension tubes on very small insects like ants,mosquitos, tiny flies, etc, but not on larger insects like the dragonflies, etc.
