Great pics STF. \O

Spring has definetley gone awol. Lots of snow, gales, blizzards and drifts, so hope you still manage to get out somewhere interesting over the weekend.

The Royal Albert Hall must have been amazing! \O
I had babotie and Joan the chicken - both delicious.

The RAH was quite an experience - never to be forgotten. Kind of like spotting my first leopard kill.

I hope so Lisbeth because the weather has suddenly got colder and darker. Hope it clears for our trip tomoorow.
Thanks so much for the info on the name of the aircraft. Very interesting indeed.

Richard and Joan went up the hill
To try and take some photos
The weather was terrible
We only came back with so so's

=O: ^Q^ =O: ^Q^

Yesterday afternoon Joan and I took a walk up the hill behind our sons place, forgotten the name of it for the moment. The weather was so &^&%^%& lousy and the wind at the top was numbing. Even the birds had the good sense to remain at home nice and warm. We did spot a deer??? on the way up but as we lifted the camera he was gone. Here is some greenery :-? :-? that we thought was good enough to publish.

Image

This shot was so bad that my son converted to black and white and photoshopped and now it does not seem so bad.

Thanks STF - I love the black and white. Looks mysterious. :-)

Is that moss growing in the first picture.
Does it grow in cold conditions. :-?
I thought it grew in wet, warm conditions - Interesting.

Hi Amoli. Thanks for the comments.

That is indeed moss but I thenkd the weather has got nature fooled.

Snow yesterday and woke up again this morning with snow layering the ground.
