You must fillet and skin a fresh water fish (plenty of the “mud” taste is in the skin)

I will make you a kurper one day RP and you will think its salmon/kob

But with only salt - problem

I must say it was rather Livingstonian on the trail...1982...

While we were on the walk the "camp manager" would go and catch fish for starters at suppertime... $\O$

Wonder if it's still like that!?
