Super super photos Fluts. The dogs, the kingfisher, the young martial are real winners.

Those homemade sosaties look scrumptious.

Getting dark or not - wild dogs are always a treat, treat, treat! O:V

And I love that klippie. Don't think I have seen many pics of one lying
down in such a relaxed manner. Beautiful. \O

Skukuza

Up early again to do a round trip to Lower Sabie. We headed down the H1-1 to get onto the H3, then onto the Bume road, and the H4-2 to LS.

First up was this birdie. Is it a Brown Snake Eagle? :-?

Image

A Golden Orb in the morning light.

Image

Some horns in the grass. -O

Image

Somewhere along the route, some grey blobs in the grass. ;-)

Image

On the Bume road we found our first hyenas...two young ones who didn’t seem too sure of us!

Image

Image

A Bateleur doing its morning ablutions.

Image

Two terrapins for the price of one! -O

Image

Another water monitor.

Image

A tell-tale sign. Unfortunately we didn’t find the sign-maker! :O^

That hyena is a cutie pie. Like the bateleur and the eagle as well.
I think, you're right on the brown snake eagle. But better wait till
Dewi confirms. -O Also, the water monitor - just love its posture. O:V
