As said, this is the busiest road in Kruger,as it is where most delivery and official vehicles enter and exit to and from Skukuza, along with many safari vehicles!
Late morning and early afternoon can be surprisingly quiet, though!
This from 2012, not even a sighting, just the normal traffic:
Speeding is an issue, and here is one of the few permanent cameras:
