With the lions all parking off and vehicles piling up along the road we continued up as far as Hapoor where there was a lone jackal

After the lion excitement and the fact that it was still raining at times we decided to head back south. Along the southern access road there was a hartebeest with a good Addo mud pack

We found a good number of buffalo near Peasland with some nice size bulls bringing up the rear of the herd

Back down at the south gate, it seemed we weren't the only ones planning an exit


Fortunately he turned off into the bush about 20m before the perimeter fence
