Krugers Biggest Lion Pride ..well in excess of 30 ..The Boyela Pride ..this time taken along the Scenic S56 1 km south of the Sirheni Private Road turn off ..having a drink early in the morning in dappled sunrise light Mphoplongo River ..will need a click to bring out the early morning light

There were only 29 of the pride there that day as the 4 big Males were away ..on Patrol I guess so yes this was a Kindergarten gathering

Today our guest had this amazing sighting of a large male lion telling a young male of the pride that he is not welcome anymore. This was a very load noisy affair. These docile animals can suddenly erupt in a fighting machine. Seen in Kruger National Park close to Renoster Koppies waterhole. South African Safari and wildlife at its best.
