Ok the reason why one clicks into a new windows and one doesn't is due to the original image size .One is larger so you viewing a resized image and when you click it shows the full size image and link . The best way is like R.P. did right click and choose copy image link then use the link elsewhere .

I don't have the option to copy the image link, Roger. But I tried all option that I have and "examine element" did the trick.
At least I do get the link of the image there.
Thanks all for your help

Attachments
This is a list of attachments you have made in posts to this board.
Does it influence the attachments if I remove the list from my Control Panel?

Hi not sure how you would remove it from the list .If you select attachments and delete them in the right side pane then yes they will be removed from the relevant posts

Probably a naive question, but is there a way to post the image WITHOUT the writing at the bottom (Image name; viewed x number of times, etc)?
I find it somewhat distracting, but the ease of posting this way makes it worthwhile either way - just thought I'd inquire.
Thanks!

My method is type text, leave a couple of lines, upload image, add image, leave a couple of lines and repeat.
Seems to work most of the time...
