Sorry for such stupid question but how does this poll work?

There is a post for each question of the survey: Ablutions, shade etc. and you put your vote under each picnic site, which you have been to and in the end, the one with more votes is the winner. You must write your name on the left hand side of each post/question.

but how do I vote? I can only see the number from 1 - 10 - Do I have to rate each picnic place? And if so what is the best 10 or 1? Sorry but this is not selfexplaining to me and I do not find any guidance.
